Great inspection company! Dave was excellent. We were running a little behind but he took that time to do an inspection of the exterior. He was friendly, approachable, and answered all our questions. Dave was very friendly and professional. He did a fantastic and thorough inspection of the home I was looking at and completed it in a timely manner. He showed me several things that he noticed during the inspection and offered solutions on how to repair them. His report was sent a little bit later that same day and explained everything very clearly. 10/10 job!

Hands down one of the best decisions in my home-buying process so far was hiring Dave. Thanks to his report, I learned a property I had a conditional offer on would've been a money pit for years. That information alone saved me tens of thousands of dollars by giving me what I needed to walk away.
What stood out most was how thorough he was. He used a drone to inspect parts of the roof and exterior that aren't safely accessible, went into the attic, and tested every appliance (plus, a myriad more). His report findings were organized well—giving me a clear and complete picture of the property's condition.
He was also great to deal with: responsive over email, invited me and my realtor to attend the inspection in person, answered all our questions on the spot, and offered practical insight along the way. That level of thoroughness is why I'm hiring him again for a different property. I trust his eye completely to give me the full picture so I can make an informed decision.
If you're buying a home, do not skip the inspection! A solid report can be the difference between a great purchase and a costly mistake, and this is the guy to call!

We used Tempest Inspections for our recent home purchase. They were easy to contact and work with on a quick turn around for an inspection. When we all arrived at the location they took time to explain what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Once they started the inspection they were very thorough and detailed. Several times they noted something that they felt needed further investigation and either made note to come back to it or went out of their way to look deeper into their concern. They also took time to explain that they were seeing and explained any mitigation that might need to be done. We also asked for a sewer scoop since this house was in an older treed neighbourhood. That was really thorough and they took to the time to explain the materials they saw while doing the scope. Overall we were really happy with the experience and we were able to move ahead with our home purchases with a very clear understanding of what work we’d need to put into the home immediately and what we’d need to work on down the road. All their information was super helpful. Their report that they sent was very organized and clearly labeled. They also took care to make sure they leave the house they inspected very clean.
